Password rules
Your new password must match the following rules. This will help keep your password secure and much more difficult to guess. The challenge is creating one that you can easily remember.
Password rules:
Please take a moment to think of a password that is acceptable to the system, but that you stand a good chance of remembering. Use a common phrase that you can easily recall and replace standard letters with special characters that look similar. A popular method, for example, is to think of a catchy phrase. For example, suppose you have a favorite pet dog. Using just the dog's name is too easy to guess and won't be allowed under the rules. Think of a catchy phrase, like:
Now, take the first letter of each of the words and use that to create the password, alternating between upper and lower case and substituting some letters for a special character. Common substitutions are "@" for a, $; for s, etc. Somewhere in the password put a special character for emphasis. Here's a great password that is hard to guess, but easy for you to remember (if, indeed your dog likes sushi):
